Introduction To My First Course

Entry #1 

For my first course, I decided to create a Linux course. The course is based on the CompTIA Linux + Certification exam guide (2nd edition).  While am using this book and the resources that come with it more as an introduction to learning Linux, instead of using it to study for the CompTIA exam itself. 

In short, the plan is that this course will last for five months with a chapter completed each week. 

Chapter One is an introduction to Linux and pre-assessment test. I do not think I will do well on it because I have little experience with Linux. But the value will help me track my learning progress throughout the course. I will post my results on this post at the end of the first week. 

Course starts the first week of January 2024!

UPDATE: I took the pre-assessment test for Linux system administer. As expected, I did poorly. My score was 30/90. I likely to retake again at the end of the course.
